WEC performed all operations necessary for the complete and proper development of trail facilities at South Pass City State Historic Site and proper installation of 15,000 lf. of trail. The project required that WEC work within a 48” corridor. During the project, the only equipment used was a small excavator where the tracks and blade were smaller than the 48” requirements.
