Calcium Chloride Sales and Installation

A common chemical used to control dust on unpaved roads and construction sites. It attracts moisture from the air, keeping the dust damp and less likely to become airborne. Calcium chloride also helps with surface stabilization, making it an effective long-term solution.

How Dust Abatement Works:

1
Dust Suppression

The primary goal is to keep dust from becoming airborne in the first place. This is achieved through various techniques, such as spraying water or dust suppressants, which bind dust particles and prevent them from being lifted by wind or equipment movement.

2
Dust Control

Once dust is airborne, control measures are used to reduce its spread. This can include barriers, dust screens, or additional water/dust suppressants.

3
Surface Stabilization

A more permanent solution, where the surface is treated with materials like calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, or lignin sulfonates to bind the particles to the surface, making it harder for dust to form.

If it’s difficult, we can do it right away.
If it’s impossible, it may take a little longer.
